I initially created My Doodle Diary in 2020 as a simple and fun way to escape the boredom and let your imagination out of lockdown during the most intense COVID restrictions!

But, I think this actually can be used as a fun tool at any time when you are stuck indoors or isolated due to physical or mental health ill health.

 

Each day you get a theme for your doodle, so you can keep it super simple, or go as crazy as you want!

 

This is NOT about becoming the next Picasso, it IS about expressing yourself!

 

It’s designed for all the family to enjoy; a chance for some laughter and the perfect activity for helping to keep your mental health in check.  Studies show, that creating and looking at art can reduce cortisol, the "stress hormone".

 

So, print one off and get doodling!

This download is completely FREE!  However, if you can, I would love it if you could make a donation to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) who work for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees.
